Oscar Inspired Cocktails by Grey Goose

Since Grey Goose is sponsoring the Pre-Oscar party at Soho House in LA, what better way to celebrate the Best Picture nominees than to name drinks after them. The drinks do look enticing to say the least.

Grey Goose L’Orange Prize Fighter

  • 1 ½ parts Grey Goose L’Orange Flavored Vodka
  • 1 part fresh blood orange juice
  • ½ part fresh lemon juice
  • ½ part simple syrup
  • 1 thin slide of japaleno

Place jalapeno and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and muddle well.
Add ice and remaining ingredients, and shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled martini glass with a sugared rim and present with a slice of jalapeno.

More drinks after the jump.

Livin’ The Dream By Banksy

Banksy is back at it. This was seen in LA on Sunset Blvd. Recently, the Oscar-nominated ‘director’ was denied the permission to wear a disguise to the awards show. Its wack because it takes away the allure of Banksy once you actually see his face and know who he is. Anonymity is sometimes the best.
